Marshalltown Speedway
Opening night moved to May 22nd, Dale DeFrance Memorial, Dirt Knights and Summer Series moved to June 9th.
Due to the ongoing closures ordered by the Governor, the Marshalltown Speedway is tentatively set to have our first night of racing on Friday, May 22, 2020. While some Iowa Counties are able to begin reopening businesses, Marshall County is 1 of the 22 Iowa Counties that remains under the closure order.
Additionally, the Dale DeFrance Memorial that includes the 500th IMCA Late Model Summer Series and the Speed Shift TV Dirt Knights Tour has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
We are committed to the health and well-being of our drivers, crews, fans and employees, and look forward to the day when we can enjoy a great night of racing together on the high banks of the Marshalltown Speedway.
Until that time, enjoy the racing archives of Speed Shift TV to relive some of great events from the last several years. Please continue to practice social distancing, proper hand washing, use of personal protective equipment and self-quarantining to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Be safe and stay well.
